Uncapping tub measuring 39 × 40 × 60 cm for orderly work when an industrial bench is unnecessary. The set combines a filtering upper tub, a lower collection tub with honey gate and a stainless-steel frame stand. As you uncap, the cappings remain above while the attached honey drains into the lower compartment.

🔄 From frame to tub without covering the table in honey

Hang the frame on the stand and work on one face at a time. The structure keeps the comb above the tub so that wax and honey fall inside rather than onto the floor. Once one face is finished, turn the frame and continue without moving containers or improvising supports.

📐 Stand for Layens, Langstroth, Dadant and shallow-super frames

The two support positions accommodate the formats stated in the specification: Layens, Langstroth, Dadant and shallow super. Check that the top bar is stable before starting; you should be able to turn the frame without striking the rim or placing all its weight on a single lug.

🍯 Drains cappings; does not replace final filtration

The upper tub retains large fragments of wax and allows the attached honey to drain into the lower tank. This separation recovers product and keeps the cappings together for processing, but it does not purify the honey: settling or fine finishing filtration may still be needed before bottling, depending on your honey-house process.

🧹 Designed for small and medium batches

This is a compact solution for a few hives or campaigns involving a moderate number of frames; it is not intended to replace a mechanised line. Empty the gate before honey crystallises, wash the tubs and stand after use, and leave every part to dry. Check that the filter, seal and gate are clear before storage.
