Detalles de Heated 1.6 m honey settling tank with level sensor LYSON

Have you ever seen your extraction line grind to a halt because the honey is too cold and the filters clog with wax? Supers piling up, the uncapping machine running fine, and suddenly the bottleneck is the filtering stage. You have to stop, clean and heat everything in a rush.

Once you reach that level of production, you need more than a simple strainer. This Heated Cascading Settling Filter with Level Sensor is designed for professional honey rooms where honey simply cannot wait.

Its operation is based on two simple ideas: controlled temperature and gravity settling. Honey enters the first compartment, is gently heated and moves through the cascade baffles. As viscosity drops, impurities (wax, bee parts, propolis, cappings) rise to the surface while clean honey flows underneath towards the outlet.

The key point is temperature control. Instead of heating the whole room, you heat only where it matters. The unit provides 1040 W of power, split between two 300 W heating plates in the central baffles and a 440 W heating cable along the walls and bottom. Three digital MHC-01 controllers let you set a working temperature between 30 and 55 ºC, avoiding hot spots and keeping HMF under control.

The built-in electronic level sensor is your other best friend. It monitors the filling level and allows you to connect a transfer pump to feed your settling tanks automatically, without any risk of overflow. In practice, it is like having an extra operator watching the tank while you continue extracting.

From a construction point of view, the unit is made entirely of 1 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to honey acids and intensive seasonal work. The top cover protects the product from dust and ambient moisture while the system is running.

It offers a very generous working surface, with approximate dimensions of 160 cm in length and 71 cm in width. The outlet is fitted with a 6/4" ball valve, perfect for connecting vane or impeller pumps to fill drums or settling tanks.

Electrical connection is flexible: it is supplied ready for 230 V and 400 V (both cables included), so it can be used on single-phase or three-phase installations typically found in professional honey houses.

In short, this cascading settling filter lets you work with higher throughput, fewer blockages and cleaner honey, cutting downtime and effort. Honey keeps flowing, wax stays behind and your extraction line runs at the pace set by your colonies.
