01 · HOW IT COMES AND HOW TO USE IT

Individually wrapped, ready to give

Each bar arrives individually wrapped, so it can go into a basket or be handed over as it is with no further packaging. It works for hands, face and body: rub, rinse and dry. If you use it daily, keep it in a draining soap dish — drained, it lasts a good deal longer.

02 · WHAT IT SMELLS OF

Real lavender, and lavandin

The scent is not a generic fragrance: it carries lavender essential oil and lavandin, the hybrid grown in Provence and the one that gives that camphor undertone. On a honey stall it practically sells itself, because the customer recognises it before you explain anything.

03 · WHAT IS IN IT

Honey, lavender and fragrance warnings

The base is vegetable, with honey, the essential oils and kaolin. It is a perfumed soap and its fragrance components are those of lavender itself — linalool, linalyl acetate, limonene and camphor —, so it is not the choice for anyone who cannot take fragrances or whose skin reacts to essential oils. The colour is adjusted with pigment and the shade may vary slightly between batches.

The standard delivery is one wrapped 100 g bar. If you are buying for gift sets, note that it already comes protected.
