01 · WHAT IS IN IT

Honey and cocoa butter

It is a solid soap bar with honey (Mel) and cocoa butter in the formula, suitable for hands, face and body. The honey brings the humectant side and the cocoa butter the richer, emollient one; between them the clean is gentle and without that tight-skin feeling. The scent is warm, chocolate-like, and it is not overpowering.

02 · WHY IT SELLS NEXT TO HONEY

People get it in ten seconds

The link with the hive needs no explaining: you can see it. That is why it works as an impulse buy at a market or in a shop, and why it fits a gift set with one or two jars without pushing the ticket up. And unlike a souvenir, this gets used up: it gets bought again.

03 · A NOTE ON BARS

They are worn out by water, not by use

Against a shower gel, a well-made bar carries less water, lasts longer and travels and stores far better — for anyone selling at markets, that is logistics. The advice worth giving the customer at the point of sale is simple and makes the product last: a soap dish that drains. Soap is used up by sitting in a puddle, not by washing hands.

04 · WHAT HAS TO BE SAID

Fragrance and colour

It is a fragranced soap: anyone very reactive to perfume should know beforehand. The colour is adjusted with iron oxides (mineral pigments), and as it is made in batches there can be slight variations in shade from one run to another — not a fault, but worth saying if the customer is buying for a uniform gift batch.
