Manual pre-rolling mill with smooth rollers to convert the wax into a regular strip before stamping the cells.

It does not engrave the honeycomb pattern: it prepares the thickness and surface required by the engraved roller machine.

01 · PASSES

Reduce progressively

Feed the strip centred and avoid an abrupt reduction in a single pass. Several small passes allow you to monitor the thickness, detect waves and maintain a more uniform sheet. Make a sample and check how it responds in the foundation mill before processing the rest of the batch.

02 · SAFETY AND USE

Designed for beeswax

Keep hands, clothing and tools away from the nip point. Clean the rollers without abrasives and only with the machine stopped. Its use with loofah, rubber or other materials has not been documented: the specification covers pre-rolling of beeswax.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The useful width of the rollers and the minimum/maximum separation range do not appear in the available documentation. Confirm them if they affect the final format or thickness of your sheet.
