Broad airflow or a targeted jet
The DUB185 is a compact, short-tube blower delivering up to 3.2 m³/min. The DUB184 moves up to 13 m³/min, providing more airflow across a wider area with a larger body and tube.
The DAS180 dust blower uses interchangeable nozzles to direct air at specific points. High outlet speed does not mean it moves the same volume as the DUB184. Start with the task and working area, then consider the speed figure.
Complete your existing battery platform
The 5 Ah BL1850B and DC18RC charger belong to the LXT selection. Check the accepted battery reference and pack contents: a bare tool and a battery-and-charger set may share the same model name.
Amp-hours describe battery capacity, not a fixed number of hives or guaranteed working minutes. Runtime varies by tool and workload. The Makita name alone does not ensure compatibility either: LXT, CXT and XGT are different platforms.
Wheelbarrow: check the route as well as the load
The powered wheelbarrow moves equipment. Before choosing it, check access width, gradients, ground conditions and load securing against its manual. A maximum load rating does not make every apiary access route suitable.
