🍯 3168 jars — around 950 kg of packed honey

Each jar takes roughly 300 g of honey in its 212 ml capacity, depending on density and floral source. The 300 g jar is the fastest mover in farm-gate sales, markets and village shops: a low entry price, the customer tries it and comes back for the kilo jar. Buying the pallet instead of loose cases cuts the cost per jar and keeps you from running out of glass in the middle of the Christmas run.

🔄 Twist-Off 66 deep-skirt finish — the shallow cap will not do

Before you order caps, look at the skirt height. This jar closes with a TO66 deep-skirt cap (Deep H14), not the usual shallow TO66: the neck is taller and needs that skirt to seal properly. The deep skirt also adds vertical surface on the cap, which on a small jar is where the brand or the seal ends up fitting. We stock it in boxes of 720 units in gold, black and silver; five boxes dress the whole pallet with room to spare.

🏷️ Measure the label before you design it

Since 14 June 2026, honey origin labelling follows Directive (EU) 2024/1438: the countries of origin go in the principal field of vision, in descending order by weight and with the percentage of each. On a 300 g jar that competes for room with the legal name, net quantity, lot, best-before date and the food business operator. This jar's body is around 160 cm² of side surface, above the 80 cm² threshold in Regulation 1169/2011: mandatory particulars go at an x-height of 1.2 mm and do not qualify for the 0.9 mm reduction. Count that space before the artwork goes to print.

📐 The same jar as the 25-pack, in pallet format

It is exactly the jar we ship in packs of 25: 73 mm diameter and 71 mm tall, clear flint glass. Only the quantity changes. That diameter drops into filling machines with 70-80 mm cups without adjustment. If you are not yet sure this is your jar, start with the 25-pack and order the pallet once you have sized the season.
