🍯 1.25-1.30 kg per jar — the format for selling volume

Each jar packs between 1.25 and 1.30 kg of honey depending on density and floral source. It is the step above the traditional kilo jar: the customer who already buys a kilo gets a little more for a round price, and you use less glass, fewer caps and fewer labels per kilo sold. It works in farm-gate sales, country houses and with regular customers who restock two or three times a year.

⚠️ Twist-Off 77, not the TO82 of the kilo jar

The thread is 77 mm, not the 82 fitted to traditional kilo jars. Five millimetres that do not forgive: order a TO82 cap out of habit and it will not close. We stock the TO77 cap in boxes of 950 units in gold, black and silver; with 1584 jars you have box left over to replace any spoiled in capping.

🔍 Clear glass for honeys that sell on how they look

Clear glass shows off strongly coloured honeys and those with an attractive granulation —heather, chestnut, rosemary or orange blossom— which lose half their selling argument in an opaque container. It takes machine washing and reuse without carrying over odours, something customers who return the jar appreciate.

📐 The same jar as the 16-pack, in pallet format

It is the jar we already ship in packs of 16. Only the quantity and the cost per unit change. At 400 g of glass per jar, the full pallet weighs close to 665 kg: worth being clear about how you will unload it and where you will store it before ordering.

⚠ Caps NOT included. The pallet contains the 1584 glass jars only. Twist-Off 77 caps are bought separately, in boxes of 950 units.
