01 · WHY A SEPARATE GEL

Ordinary soap is alkaline

Soap, by chemical definition, is alkaline, and the intimate area works in a range more acidic than body skin. Washing there with a normal shower gel shifts that balance, and it is the commonest cause of the dryness and stinging that appear for no obvious reason.

This product is soap-free with the pH matched to that area. That is the entire reason an intimate gel exists, and the thing to look at before anything else.

02 · WHAT IS IN IT

An ultra-mild base with floral waters

The cleansing base is ultra-mild and free of sulfate surfactants, alongside floral waters, tea tree and propolis, the characteristic ingredients of the formula.

Tea tree is an essential oil and, like all of them, can sensitise some people: the first time, it is worth trying it over a few days.

03 · HOW FAR IT GOES

This is hygiene, not treatment

It is tested under dermatological and gynaecological control and works equally for women and men. What it does is clean without attacking, which in this area is already plenty.

What it does not do is cure: itching or discharge that will not go away is a matter for a doctor, not for washing. And over-washing does not help either: once a day is usually enough.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

It is a cleanser specific to the intimate area. If there is persistent discomfort, seeing a doctor comes before any cosmetic.
