Twenty-five amphora-style glass jars of 212 ml, with two handles and a Twist Off TO 58 mouth. About 295 g of honey, in 115 mm of height by 71 of diameter.

01 · THE SHAPE

Two handles, a waist and a warning about labels

The body swells out, narrows at mid height, and from the neck spring two glass handles.

And that brings a practical consequence, better known before ordering labels: on a curved, waisted surface, a large label will not sit flat. Here you label small, on the widest part, or you hang a tag from the neck.

02 · THE LID

TO 58 shallow skirt, and the numbers work out

The mouth is a standard Twist Off TO 58: it takes the TO 58 lid with a shallow skirt, in gold or black. And the numbers come out round — jars in 25s, lids in 25s, one pack per pack.

The one that will not do is the deep silver (DTO-58), made for the wide-mouth jar.

03 · WHY IT IS BOUGHT

The gift-sized portion

Those 295 grams are the quantity of a keepsake: enough to be used up, without reaching the size of a pantry jar. Hence it is a wedding and hamper format.
