Manual FUEGO tangential extractor for 4 Layens, 4 Dadant Blatt or 8 half-size Dadant Blatt frames.

The basket works one face of the comb at a time, giving direct control over small batches and large frames while requiring every frame to be turned to complete extraction. The exact reference is SN_74/G; “universal” does not mean every frame size.

01 · COMPATIBILITY

Three loads specified by SAF Natura

The official configuration accepts 4 Layens, 4 Dadant Blatt or 8 half-size Dadant Blatt frames. The current manufacturer specification does not list Langstroth. For non-standard frames, compare height, width and thickness with the basket before ordering.

02 · EXTRACTION

Start slowly and turn the frames between faces

In a tangential basket the comb sits parallel to the drum wall. Extract the first face at moderate speed, turn the frames and work the second; finish the first again if viscosity or load requires it. Balance frames of similar weight and avoid forcing new or distorted comb.

03 · BUILD

Stainless drum, conical bottom and outlet 400 mm above floor level

The acid-resistant stainless-steel drum is 640 mm in diameter and 680 mm high. A 4 mm clear acrylic lid allows observation; the conical bottom leads to a 6/4" plastic flap valve with its axis 400 mm above the floor. Legs and braces are powder-coated steel.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Manual drive; legs are supplied for assembly

Lid, valve, handle and self-assembly legs are included. There is no motor, controller or automatic cycle. The manufacturer states 1130 × 630 × 780 mm and 27 kg assembled.
