01 · SIEVE, NOT AIR

It separates by size, not by weight

Here the pollen goes through screens and drawers, so what leaves is whatever is not the size of the pellet: fine dust below, large debris above, legs and stings along the way.

An air cleaner separates by weight, which is a different criterion. They are not alternatives: anyone working properly uses both — the sieve first, then the air.

02 · FRESH POLLEN

A vibration cycle every fifteen seconds

The built-in mixer keeps the flow steady and stops the pellets jamming, and the vibration comes in every 15 seconds instead of running continuously.

That interval is what makes it suitable for fresh pollen, which is soft and crushes easily. Dry pollen would not care; freshly harvested pollen would, under continuous vibration.

03 · TWELVE VOLTS

You can clean it where you harvest it

It runs on 12 V — a car lighter socket will do — or on 220 V, and draws only 3-5 W. That very low draw is exactly what makes the 12-volt claim credible.

The practical consequence is a working one: pollen can be sieved at the apiary, straight out of the traps, instead of carrying the dirty product back to the store.

04 · A HUNDRED KILOS AN HOUR

And the drawers come out for cleaning

The stated capacity is around 100 kg of pollen an hour, which for a small or medium operation is more than gets harvested in a day.

It is built in stainless materials and both the drawers and the top cover lift out, which is what decides whether cleaning the machine takes five minutes or half an hour. It carries the CE mark.
