01 · WHAT IT IS BUILT FOR

Warehouse handling, not counter work

The platform is anti-slip diamond-plate steel with baked epoxy paint and sandwich construction, which is what keeps it rigid when a pallet truck comes in from one side. The four load cells are class C to OIML R-60, in nickel-plated steel with IP67 protection: they take the damp and the dust of a real warehouse.

The indicator is ABS with IP65 protection and a 4 metre cable, so it goes wherever it is least in the way. It gives a stable weight in under two seconds, which is what lets you move pallets on and off without waiting in front of the screen.

02 · EIGHTY HOURS OFF THE MAINS

An integrated battery that charges as it works

It carries a Ni-MH battery with over 80 hours of autonomy, and it recharges while it works connected to the mains. In practice that means you can take it out to the dock or the yard to weigh a delivery without hunting for a socket.

The functions are the ones actually used: weight accumulation with a running total, piece counting by sampling, tare to read net in boxes and pallets, and a digital filter that averages when the load moves.

03 · THE 200 GRAM RESOLUTION

What you buy here is capacity, not fineness

With 1500 kg of full scale, the resolution is 200 grams. That is the normal ratio on a floor scale and it is worth keeping in mind: this is not for adjusting 250 g jars or weighing doses.

A bench balance does that. Here what you pay for is being able to put a pallet on it and have the number in two seconds, day after day.
