Quarti rolling platform for moving supers around the honey house: 150 kg capacity, four swivel castors and only 15 cm high.
Fifteen centimetres is what makes it useful. At that height the super rests almost from the floor, and there is nothing to lift to load it.
01 · 150 KILOS IS SIX SUPERS
The sum you do before stacking
Maximum load is 150 kg. A full super weighs 20 to 25 kg depending on format, so the platform takes six or seven stacked without going near the limit. That is more than you lift in one go: the practical limit is not the trolley but the height at which you place the last one.
02 · FIFTEEN CENTIMETRES HIGH
You load it without lifting
The 15 cm of total height are what separate this platform from a conventional trolley: the super comes down onto it almost without being raised, and then the whole stack is pushed. The four castors are swivel, 80 × 32 mm, so it turns on the spot in a narrow aisle — in exchange it does not hold a straight line on its own.
03 · 46 × 54 CM INSIDE
The measurement to check
What decides whether it suits you is not the load but the space: 46 × 54 cm inside, 48 × 56 outside. A Langstroth super (50.5 × 41 cm) and a Dadant (50 × 42.5) go in comfortably. With other formats, measure first — the frame does not give.
