The BeeWhisper® bee venom collector is a tool specifically designed for beekeepers seeking to collect venom efficiently and safely. This device allows direct extraction of bee venom from hives through a controlled process that preserves bee health and avoids complex equipment. Ideal for beekeepers of all levels, BeeWhisper® stands out for its robust design, ease of use, and advanced technology.
The bee stings on glass, and on a smooth surface the sting does not stay behind. The whole method rests on that.
BeeWhisper® venom collector with a glass plate, a microprocessor and an automatic 45-minute cycle. It runs on two AA batteries and lasts up to five months.
01 · HOW IT WORKS
The unit is placed in front of the entrance and gives out gentle electrical pulses that make the bees sting the plate. The venom is left on the glass and dries; at the end of the cycle it is collected with the scraper supplied.
The microprocessor adjusts the pulses to the number of bees, the humidity and the battery level, and two LEDs show state and cycle. The point of the method is the smooth surface: the bee leaves the venom and withdraws the sting, instead of leaving it behind as it would in skin.
02 · THE WORKING RHYTHM
Each cycle lasts 45 minutes and yields between 0.03 and 0.09 grams, depending on the strength of the colony, the temperature and the season. One machine can be rotated across three hives in a session.
Respect the rest: one to two hours before repeating on the same hive. And do not do it in an apiary near houses, paths or livestock — the colony stays stirred up for a while and it shows at the entrance.
03 · THE VENOM COLLECTED
Dried venom degrades in direct sunlight: take it off the plate at the end of each cycle and work in the shade. It keeps in the 5 ml container that comes with the kit.
And one precaution that cannot be left out: powdered bee venom is a potent allergen and it lifts into the air at the slightest movement. Handle it with gloves and respiratory protection, and if you are allergic to stings, this is not a job for you.
04 · WHAT IS IN THE BOX
It comes with the glass plate of 201 × 140 mm, gloves, scraper, metal stand, a 5 ml container and the manual. The body measures 250 × 158 × 38 mm.
The two AA batteries last around five months of work, with no cables and no external supply. Made in Europe, with two years of warranty.

They should not die from depositing venom on the plate. With electrical stimulation collection on glass, the bee releases its venom without losing its sting and can continue its normal activity. To reduce stress on the colony, follow the BeeWhisper® automatic cycle of about 45 minutes and allow that hive to rest for at least one hour before collecting again.
