Battery shaker with stainless steel claws and three vibration frequencies, to clear frames of bees without banging them. Two lithium batteries included.
01 · THE THREE SPEEDS
That is the whole tool
A shake of the wrist is a shake: whatever falls, falls. With regulated vibration you decide how many bees come off, and that opens uses that do not exist by hand:

The finest is the low setting: the bees drop and the queen stays put, so finding her and caging her for a treatment stops being a hunt.
02 · WHICH FRAMES IT GRIPS
Top bars of 25 to 30 mm
The stainless steel claws sit 195 mm apart and grip top bars of 25 to 30 mm: Langstroth, Dadant and shallow frames.
It does not suit Layens without modification. Check your top bar before ordering, because that is the only thing that decides whether it grips.
03 · THE RUN TIME
Fifteen hundred frames a charge
It carries two 16 V lithium batteries of 2,000 mAh and the manufacturer states up to 1,500 frames per charge. With two batteries and the 220 V charger, one is always ready while the other is in use.
On a harvest day that means not depending on a socket or walking back to the van mid-morning.
04 · WHAT ELSE IT DOES
Beyond the harvest
It serves to inspect and remove queen cells in swarming season without banging the frame; to separate brood from adult bees before a treatment; and to make packages by shaking over a funnel on a scale.
The benefit common to all of them is mechanical and checkable: without banging, fewer bees are crushed and less nectar is lost from open cells.
