Details of Bee Brush (Double row)

Bee brush with pine wood handle and double row of horsehair. The brushing surface, measuring approximately 29 cm, distributes contact across two rows and provides a firm, wide stroke to remove bees from frames, frame top bars and hive edges.

🐝 Two rows to cover more surface area

Each row features approximately 38 tufts. The double row of bristles helps to move a cluster of bees with fewer strokes, which is useful when clearing honey frames or before placing a lid on. It is not a substitute for gentle handling: support the tips and sweep towards the edge, without pressing the bees against the comb.

🖐️ Long, easy-to-control handle

With a total length of 45 cm, the handle keeps your hand away from the wax and allows you to see the area you are clearing. Its straight shape makes it easy to change the angle of the stroke as you work on one face of the frame, a frame top bar or the edge of the hive body.

🧹 Dry the bristles thoroughly before storing

Remove any honey, wax and propolis at the end of the day and allow the bristles to air-dry before storing the brush. If you have been working with a colony showing suspicious symptoms, keep the brush separate from clean equipment until the necessary hygiene procedures have been completed.
