Perforated stainless-steel insert that holds solid residue inside the Bienen Ruck plastic steam wax melter.

Compatible with our reference WX-007-BR-64410.

01 · WHAT IT DOES

Holds the slumgum while melted wax drains away

Cocoons, debris and other bulky solids remain inside the insert while melted wax passes through the perforations into the vessel. At the end of the cycle, the wax-rendering residue can be lifted out as one contained mass instead of being collected from the bottom.

02 · COMPATIBILITY

For the Bienen Ruck 64410 plastic wax melter

This is the Bienen Ruck 64412 insert for the 64410 plastic wax melter, sold by LTA as WX-007-BR-64410. The diameter stated on the current product page is 405 mm. Check the reference on your equipment before ordering: this is not a universal basket.

03 · WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

Coarse separation, not the final finishing step

The perforations remove bulky solids, but they do not leave the wax ready for every end use. Depending on what you intend to make, further settling and finer filtration may be needed. The insert does not remove chemical residues from the wax.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Remove residue before it blocks the perforations

Follow the wax melter instructions. Wait until the assembly is safe to handle, empty the residue and clean the perforations after each working day. The wax melter and steam generator are not included.
