- New
Replacement heating element for the 7 L steam generator. It only fits that model: the 5 L generator takes a different part.
It is the part that heats the water in the tank, and the one that takes the most punishment: limescale and heating with too little water are what wear it out.
01 · COMPATIBILITY
It fits the 7 L professional steam generator (reference BR-64307), the one with the clear tank and 2,300 W. It does not fit the 5 L generator: that one has its own element, BR-64407-1, and the two are not interchangeable.
If you are not sure which model you have, check the tank capacity or send us a photo of the part you are replacing before you order.
02 · FITTING AND CARE
The manufacturer recommends fitting it with contact paste to make sure it works after the swap; the paste is not included. Change it with the unit unplugged and cold, and if you are not used to electrical connections, have an electrician fit it.
To make it last, use soft or distilled water, empty what is left when you finish and never heat it with the tank almost empty. An element that stops heating or trips the RCD is usually the sign it is time to replace it.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
The heating element on its own, one unit.
