It is ideal for melting wax for cooking between 200 and 500 liters (recommended diameter of the pot 60 to 90cm) although it can also be used for other purposes such as heating paraffin, sterilizing tables or even for food preparation.
It is also authorised for indoor use as it has a safety valve with thermocouple built into each power socket. It has a sturdy structure with detachable support legs and adjustable legs at the base. Maximum power 31kw.
It is manufactured in two models, one for natural gas and one for propane. The natural gas model must be connected to the natural gas installation using standardized metal hose.
It is recommended to contact an authorized gas installer if you do not have an adequate installation ready. The propane model can be connected either to a propane tank installation or to a propane bottle using a regulated rde 50mbar pressure. If a bottle is used, it is advisable to have more than one, to be exchanged in the event of a decrease in performance.
