Details of Gas burner

Enamelled cast-iron tripod gas ring rated at 6.5 kW, for G30 butane or G31 propane at 30 mbar and outdoor use only.

It provides a powerful heat source for compatible vessels, including wax-melting work, but remains a manually controlled burner: it neither regulates temperature nor turns a tank into a steriliser.

01 · GAS COMPATIBILITY

G30 butane or G31 propane regulated to 30 mbar

Declared consumption with butane is 450 g/h. Before connection, confirm the gas, regulator and hose and inspect the valve. Secure the hose coupling with a suitable clamp. The cylinder, cylinder regulator, hose and clamp are not listed among the supplied components.

02 · ASSEMBLY AND USE

Three legs, a rigid level surface and constant supervision

Fit each leg with two M6×12 screws, install the gas valve and adjust the air/gas regulator. Operate level, outdoors and away from flammable materials. Do not move it while lit, never leave it unattended and close both the appliance inlet and cylinder outlet after use.

03 · WAX WORK

Melting is not sterilising

The flame may heat a stable, compatible wax melter or vessel under the user’s process control. Beeswax commonly melts at 61–65 °C, but the burner has no thermostat, probe or automatic temperature limit. Normal melting does not guarantee sterilisation or remove chemical residues. Use the dedicated equipment and protocol required for each process.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Check room, stability and connection equipment

The gas ring measures 520 × 350 × 170 mm and weighs 3.20 kg. It includes the burner, three legs, six screws, gas valve and air/gas regulator. A screwdriver is needed for assembly. The initial anti-corrosion coating wears away in use and cast parts may develop rust over time; keep them dry.
