BeesWax Melter MQ

It takes 30 Layens, Langstroth or Dadant frames and comes with a divider system compatible with every frame type. It also has an outer tank, a perforated sheet basket for loading frames and collecting waste, a lower tray to catch the wax, and a channel running the whole perimeter that is filled with water to stop steam escaping. There is also a perforated basket where the impurities settle.

Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick. Dimensions: overall length 1170 mm, overall width 600 mm and overall height 935 mm. Capacity 30 frames.

It works very simply. The bottom of the boiler is filled with water to the required level. Once that base is heated with a gas burner (not included), steam is generated and it is the steam that melts the wax off the frames sitting in the basket.

Includes:

- Stainless steel lid
- Inner basket in perforated stainless sheet, 5 mm perforation, with a support for different widths
- Stainless steel tray for collecting the wax

They are also made with a rinsing tank attached to the boiler. An extra basket can be ordered separately. The gas burner is not included.
