Conical 12 litres melting pot made from stainless steel for melting, clarifying and pouring wax in a water bath.

The square handles make handling easier and the internal scale helps repeat work volumes without turning it into a precision measuring instrument.

01 · WATER BATH

More evenly distributed heat, without direct flame on the wax

Place the melting pot inside a wax melter or another container suitable for use with water. Monitor the water level, keep water out of the wax and do not fill to the rim: leave enough room to handle and pour safely. The outer container, heat source and protective equipment are not included.

02 · REAL SCOPE

Melting is not sterilising or decontaminating

The melting pot melts the wax and helps decant impurities; it does not certify purity, does not eliminate acaricide residues and is not equivalent to a validated sterilisation cycle. Separate batches by origin before melting them.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The top diameter is approximately 32 cm and the height is 26 cm. The bottom diameter of the cone is not documented: confirm this if you need to adapt it to an existing vat or steriliser.
