Stainless-steel character holder for replacing the support on the 14-character LPG branding iron, reference AN1050LPG-RD14-ST.

It keeps letters and numbers aligned in front of the burners. The unit measures 23 × 10 × 4 cm and weighs 680 g. This is the holder only; the torch assembly, characters and gas installation are not supplied.

01 · DIAGNOSIS

The plate holds the characters; the burners supply heat

Replace this part when the holder is bent, damaged or no longer retains the row correctly. An uneven flame, an injector that does not heat or a flow-control fault belongs to the torch assembly, not to this character holder.

02 · CHARACTER SETUP

Load the characters in mirror order and fill every position

The manual instructs you to load letters and numbers from right to left so the mark reads correctly. If you use fewer than 14, fill the unused locations with blank characters and balance the spacing; an open gap lets the flame reach the surface being marked.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Tighten only enough to avoid deforming the holder

Close the gas and let the iron cool. Align the injectors with the centre of the characters, then tighten the joining screws only until secure. Before lighting again, check that the assembly is stable and leak-test the complete gas line.
