Replacement for the flame-producing part: a double torch (two burners) assembly for the 12-character LPG branding iron, reference AN1050LPG-RD12-ST.

It replaces the combustion unit while the character holder remains serviceable. This is not a character-holding fork or a complete iron: it is the pictured assembly with handle, flow control and torches.

01 · DIAGNOSIS

Separate a combustion fault from a holder fault

This replacement contains the burners that heat the 12-character row. A bent plate, damaged character locations or poor retention calls for the matching character holder; changing the torch assembly will not correct that fault.

02 · PRESSURE AND GAS

The complete iron runs on propane at 3 bar

The manual specifies propane, 3 bar and regulator PH10503B —16 bar inlet, 3 bar outlet and 18 kg/h—. Stated consumption for the 12-character model is 400 g/h. An out-of-spec regulator can underheat or overheat the iron and permanently damage the characters.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Work cold, align the burners and leak-test

Close the gas and let the iron cool. Centre the injectors over the characters and tighten the joint only until secure: overtightening can deform the holder. After reconnecting the gas line, check hose, clamps and joints with soapy water; do not ignite if bubbles appear or any component is damaged.
