Solid brass block engraved with the alphanumeric character of your choice: full A–Z, 0–9, hyphen and space. Fits the head of the ANEL fire branding iron and leaves a clean, permanent mark on frames, brood boxes and supers. Built for beekeepers running real apiaries who need to brand hive numbers, mark queens by year and yard code, or identify frames in a way that labels and paint simply cannot match.

🔧 Solid brass, crisp mark season after season

Each character is machined from a solid yellow brass block that withstands thousands of heating cycles without warping. The relief is deep enough to leave a legible burn on hardwood pine or cedar, and it won't pit from the burner smoke.

🔄 Swap characters in seconds

The blocks change out by hand at the iron's head: loosen the fixing screw, pull the previous character, drop in the new one and tighten. You can burn a sequence like A-135 straight through at the apiary without trips back to the shed.

📐 Fits the whole ANEL range

Compatible with all three ANEL fire branding irons: the 12-character LPG model, the 14-character LPG model and the electric marker. If you already have an ANEL iron in the workshop, this block drops straight in — no adapters needed.

💡 Priced per unit: one block = one character

Each unit is a single character. To brand A-135 you need 5 different blocks (A, hyphen, 1, 3, 5). Work out what you want to mark before ordering — it's worth stocking spares of your yard code digits and of this year's queen number.
