Adjustable stainless steel dispenser and perforated PTFE pan, for loading the PROVAP from above without dismantling anything between hives.
It replaces the spoon and the pan swap: the pan stays fixed on the sublimator and the charge goes in through its hole, one-handed and without bringing your hand near the hot plate.
01 · WHAT CHANGES
No more dismantling between doses
With a spoon, every hive means taking the pan off, levelling the product and putting it back, with the unit at working temperature. With this set nothing comes apart: the perforated PTFE pan stays where it is and the dispenser discharges through the hole. The difference shows in two things: the time per hive and your hands, because they no longer go near the plate once per dose.
02 · THE DOSE
Turn it, select it, discharge with your thumb
The dispenser is adjustable from 1 to 4 grams: you turn the body to the matching position and each press releases that amount. You set the value once at the start of the day and every hive gets the same, which is where the uniformity of a treatment comes from. It is a doser, not a scale: the figure you select has to be the one on the data sheet of the medicine you are applying.
03 · COMPATIBILITY
The perforated pan is half the system
The set fits PROVAP 110 and 220 sublimators. The two pieces work together and are not interchangeable with an ordinary pan: the hole and the O-ring are made so the dispenser seats and discharges without leaking. If your PROVAP has the plain pan with no hole, keep that one as a spare — it is not the one this system uses.
04 · BEFORE YOU BUY
It is a workflow accessory: it does not change what the sublimator does, it changes how long you take and how much you are exposed. It pays off when you chain a lot of hives in a row; on a small apiary, the spoon still does the job.

PRECAUTIONS
The grams come from the medicine's data sheet. This dispenser delivers exactly the amount you set on it, but it does not decide what that amount is. Use only authorised veterinary medicines and the dose on their current data sheet.
The machine works hot. Even though the system keeps your hand away from the plate, loading is done with the sublimator up to temperature: keep the respiratory and eye protection the treatment calls for.
