3 SCHUKO OUTPUTS | 16 A PER SOCKET, AT 230 V |
3 m OF CABLE | IP44 DUST AND SPLASHES |
Adapter with a 16 A, 400 V CEE plug that splits a three-phase line into three 230 V Schuko sockets, each on its own phase.
It is what lets you run both heating elements and the pump at once from a single three-phase socket, without overloading one phase or resorting to extension leads.
01 · ONE PHASE PER SOCKET
The difference from an ordinary power strip is in how it is wired inside. Here each Schuko goes to an independent phase (L1, L2 and L3), so three heavy loads working at once end up spread rather than piled onto the same conductor. That is exactly what honey house machines with several heating elements and a pump ask for: if everything hangs off one phase, it trips.
02 · WHERE IT IS USED
The typical setting is a honey house with a three-phase supply and single-phase equipment: wax melters, frame washers and honey pasteurisers. With this adapter you can run both heating elements and the pump at the same time from a standard 16 A three-phase socket. The 3 metres of cable is usually enough to reach the machine without chaining extension leads, which is where voltage drop starts.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
You need a three-phase 16 A, 5-pole CEE socket in the workshop: it does not turn single-phase into three-phase, it distributes what you already have. The cable is copper with a rubber jacket resistant to grease and oils, and the IP44 sealing makes it suitable for the damp of a honey house.

16 A per socket is the ceiling, not the total. Each Schuko takes up to 16 A at 230 V; spread the equipment across sockets and do not chain power strips behind them to hang more load on the same phase.
The installation has to be up to it. Check that the three-phase line and its protective devices suit the load you are about to connect. If there is any doubt about the workshop's wiring, have a qualified electrician look at it.
