Details of Flexible impeller for paddle transfer pump

Flexible replacement impeller for the BR-32530 vane pump (product 2257). Its blades bend as they move inside the pump chamber, creating suction and transferring honey; when they lose their shape or flexibility, flow and priming performance may decrease.

The documented part has a black flexible body and a metal hub. It is not a universal impeller: the manufacturer does not publish the elastomer or dimensions for this reference, so compatibility must be determined by the pump model rather than appearance alone.

01 · COMPATIBILITY

Replacement linked to the BR-32530 pump

The shop links this impeller reciprocally with the BR-32530 vane pump for transferring honey. If your pump has a different reference, belongs to another series or has been modified, first remove the used part and compare the outside diameter, length, number and direction of the blades, and hub geometry. A partial visual match does not confirm fit.

02 · DIAGNOSIS

Rule out air leaks and blockages before replacing it

Weak suction does not always mean the impeller is worn out. First check hoses, seals, fittings, the chamber closure and possible blockages; an air leak on the suction side causes very similar symptoms. Inspect the part if flow has dropped, priming is erratic, or the blades are cracked, deformed, hardened or missing pieces.

03 · REPLACEMENT

Disconnect the pump and record the orientation

Disconnect the power supply, drain the circuit and open only the chamber intended for maintenance. Before removing the part, photograph the position of the blades and hub. Clean the housing without scratching tools, inspect the seals and closing surfaces, fit the impeller without forcing it, and turn the assembly by hand to make sure it is not jammed before closing.

04 · COMMISSIONING

Leak test before handling honey again

Reassemble the pump according to its instructions, confirm that there are no leaks, and perform a controlled test with a compatible fluid; then apply a cleaning procedure suitable for the food use of the installation. Do not run the impeller dry. After the test, check for unusual noise, flow, temperature and correct chamber closure before considering the maintenance complete.

05 · BEFORE YOU BUY

One part; seals and pump are not included

The supply consists of one impeller with its hub. It does not include the pump, seals, chamber cover, tools or other spare parts. If you cannot identify the pump as BR-32530, send photographs of its rating plate and the removed part, together with its measurements, before ordering to avoid incompatibility.
