SpeedKing uncaps; the comb cutter makes a section

The SpeedKing electric knife has a thermostatically heated blade for removing cappings before a frame enters the extractor. The 10 × 10 cm electric comb cutter defines a section for selling honey in its comb. Choose according to whether you intend to centrifuge the honey or sell comb sections.

For comb honey, compare the 10 × 10 cm cut with the presentation container. At the uncapping station, arrange collection of the wax removed by the knife.

Prepare a tool rest and release frames before gripping

Heated tools need a temperature-resistant rest between cuts. Check the supply voltage of the version used: North American and European models cannot simply be connected interchangeably.

The Pierce frame grip holds the top bar. First loosen propolis with a hive tool and check the grip before lifting; do not use the grip to force a stuck frame free.
