01 · WHAT IS IN IT

The base is propolis and honey, and on top of it the formula adds poppy, thyme and marshmallow. All the ingredients come from organic farming.

02 · THE TWO WARNINGS

Honey and propolis, one each

It contains honey, so it is not given to children under twelve months. That is the standard precaution for any product with honey in it.

And it contains propolis: do not take it if you have a known allergy to bee products.

03 · HOW IT IS KEPT

Shake first, and cold once opened

A honey syrup with extracts separates at rest: shake it well before each use. Once opened, keep it refrigerated.

The maker states the routine on the label — a 15 ml spoonful once a day, preferably at night, or a 5 ml teaspoonful three times — and that is the one to follow.
