Pair of replacement hinges in green reinforced plastic for the acrylic lids of SAF® extractors. They fit a 40 mm bar.
01 · WHEN TO CHANGE THEM
The symptom is the lid, not the hinge
They do not snap: they work loose. You notice because the lid stops sitting square, wobbles as it closes or shakes during extraction. It is the logical consequence of the job: plastic holding a lid on a spinning machine, with the heat of the honey and dozens of openings a day.
02 · THEY COME IN PAIRS
Because each lid takes two
The set is two hinges, which is what one SAF extractor lid carries. If only one has gone, change both anyway: a new hinge next to a tired one leaves the lid crooked. They go on in minutes with the original screws, no special tools.
03 · COMPATIBILITY
All the SAFs, 40 mm bar
They fit every SAF Natura extractor with a 40 mm bar, in the brand's classic green. Check that measurement before ordering. It is a cheap spare to keep in the drawer: changing one in January takes five minutes, in the middle of the harvest it takes an afternoon.
