Hinge for LYSON extractor lids

When you work in the honey room and open the extractor again and again, you know the lid does more than just cover: it protects your harvest from impurities and keeps your work safe. With time and frequent use, hinges can loosen and the lid won’t sit as well as it used to. That’s when this spare part becomes essential.

This is the original LYSON hinge for acrylic lids. Made of reinforced black technical plastic, it withstands intensive use during extraction and cleaning. Compatible with all LYSON extractor ranges (BASIC, CLASSIC, etc.), it fits perfectly and restores the smooth, stable movement of the lid, just like on the first day.

Assembly is simple: each unit includes 1 hinge and 2 inner plates that “sandwich” the acrylic lid, distributing the pressure and preventing cracks. Screws are not included, so you can reuse your existing ones or choose the proper hardware for your model. Tip: do not overtighten; acrylic benefits from moderate torque and careful alignment.
