SAF Natura BOCC/900 lower bushing supporting the shaft at the bottom of a compatible Ø900 MALAGA® honey extractor.
It incorporates a 2202RS bearing and must be selected by the complete set of dimensions: Ø15 mm shaft, Ø21 mm floor opening and 24 mm external nut.
01 · FUNCTION
The lower support that keeps the shaft centred
The bushing is fitted in the extractor floor and guides the lower end of the shaft while the basket turns. Play, roughness or noise at the bearing can allow the basket to lose alignment. Before assigning the problem to the motor, also inspect the upper support, shaft straightness and load balance.
02 · COMPATIBILITY
MALAGA® is not enough: measure the removed part
The SAF Natura invoice identifies this part as the bottom bushing for a D.900 extractor. A shared family name or similar photograph cannot guarantee fit across different generations. Compare BOCC/900, the Ø15 mm shaft, Ø21 mm floor opening, 24 mm external nut and the seat of the existing part.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
Confirm fit and plan the installation
Work with the extractor disconnected and the basket secured against movement. Offer the bushing into place without striking the bearing, check that the shaft enters without force and turns freely before completing assembly. Then run an unloaded test and stop the machine if vibration, rubbing, noise or abnormal heating appears.
