Height sells

A display (€0.69-0.75) does one very specific thing: it lifts the jar and tilts it. A jar lying on the table is seen from above; a tilted jar is seen face-on, with the label at eye level. That is the difference between someone walking past and someone stopping to read where your honey comes from.

They come for Orcio 106 and 212 and for one and a half ounce: check your jar format first, because a display of another size does not hold it.

The four-cent spoon

The NICOT® tasting spoon costs four cents and is, proportionally, the most profitable selling tool in the catalogue. Whoever tastes, buys — especially if you sell monofloral honeys and the customer cannot tell rosemary from chestnut until they taste it.

A practical note: in tasting, hygienic handling matters. Single-use spoon, and nothing goes back into the sample jar.

What completes the stall

Signage with the price visible — so people do not have to ask — and something that explains the floral variety. A counter where the customer understands what they are looking at sells more than a prettier, silent one.
