Details of 10 m extension between harps (female/female)

10 m lead with a waterproof female connector at both ends for chaining anti-hornet harps: from one harp’s output connector to the next one’s input, up to five harps on a single power module.

The module has voltage for five harps; what it lacks is cable, because the harp goes in front of the entrances and the module where there is sun or mains.

01 · WHAT IT IS FOR

Harp to harp, in a chain

Each Tártago harp has two waterproof connectors, input and output, and harps are chained: module, harp, lead, harp, lead, harp. This female/female one is the run between harp and harp; with the 15 W solar module it feeds up to five. One review uses it to join two.

02 · WHAT IT IS NOT

It does not move the panel away from the harp

The module comes with 1.5 m of cable and usually hangs on the first harp. To move it further away, for sun or a socket, you need a male/female lead: this one, with two females, does not fit between the module and the first harp. It is the second question that comes in most: ask before ordering.

03 · HOW MANY HARPS

One every four to six hives in a row

With a few hives one harp in front of the entrances is enough. In long rows or under heavy autumn pressure, one every four to six hives, all on the same module with these leads. The cable runs along the ground or fixed to the stands, out of the way.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

10 m lead with waterproof connectors; compatible with the Tártago water-tray and dry harps, both kits and the solar, battery and universal modules.
