Honey at 15 % on a hard candy base
Honey goes in at 15 % and the rest is the sugar base of the sweet. The eucalyptus brings the fresh, minty note.
The ingredient list and the allergens are on the bag's label, which is where they legally belong.
02 · IF YOU REPACKAGE THEM
The jar's label becomes yours
The 2 kg format is meant for splitting into small jars, and it is worth knowing what that makes you: whoever repackages and sells becomes responsible for the labelling.
Name of the food, ingredients, highlighted allergens, nutrition declaration, lot and best-before date. The bulk bag does not carry the label of the jar you are going to sell.

Hard candy picks up moisture
Hard candy is hygroscopic: in a damp room it turns sticky, loses its shine and the pieces weld together.
Keep them in an airtight jar, dry and away from heat, repackaging in batches rather than leaving the bag open.
