Detalles de Integrated Stand for Tank & Dana api Matic Filler

Gravity-fed setup: the fastest, smoothest way to fill honey.

If you've ever run a filling machine gravity-fed — tank above, machine below — you know what consistent flow feels like: no pump to prime, no pressure drop, no interruptions. This stainless steel stand is built specifically to make that setup possible: any tank up to ~48 cm in diameter — creamer, ripener, or any compatible vessel — sits elevated above the Dana api Matic 1000, and honey flows directly into the filler with nothing in between.

⬇️ Gravity first: the most efficient filling setup

Feeding a filler by gravity — tank up, machine down — is the most efficient method for a packing room: constant flow, no pressure loss, no pump to maintain. This stand positions the tank at the right height above the Dana api Matic 1000 so that flow runs uninterrupted throughout the filling session. The difference versus pump-fed setups is most obvious with high-viscosity honeys like heather, chestnut or creamed honey, where any supply irregularity means stops.

📏 Adjustable tray: the right distance for every jar format

The stand includes a sliding tray with locking screws that lets you set the exact height between the filler nozzle and the jar. Filling a 250 g jar is not the same as filling a 1 kg jar: the right distance avoids splashing, reduces air entrainment and keeps fills clean. The adjustment is straightforward: loosen, position, tighten. No shims, no improvising.

🔧 DN40 pump inlet: load the tank without lifting it

Manually lifting a 100 kg tank onto the stand is not a realistic option. The stand includes a DN40 connection: remove the fill socket, attach a suction hose, and pump honey directly into the elevated tank from your ripener or drum without moving anything. Load once, honey sits ready at height, gravity does the rest from there.
