HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE TRAY FOR THE JAR

OF FRAME; THE FILLER COMES SEPARATELY

Swienty stainless steel stand (ref. 5900202), 100 cm tall, that puts the tank on top and the Dana api Matic 1000 filler (925) underneath: honey comes down to the head by gravity, with no pump in between. Designed by Swienty for its 100 kg double-walled creamer; it takes tanks of up to about 48 cm in diameter according to the previous sheet. Height-adjustable tray for the jar and a DN40 connection to fill the tank by pump without taking it down. The filler is not included.

A tank with 100 kg of honey is not lifted by hand; it goes up once, empty, is filled by pump through the DN40 connection and from then on gravity does the work.

01 · WHY ON TOP

Tank above, filler below

The Dana api Matic doses what reaches it: fed by gravity from a tank higher than itself, the head receives honey at constant pressure and without air, and the jars-per-hour rhythm holds all day. It is the same reason thick honeys, heather, chestnut or creamed, give fewer stops this way than sucked through a hose from a bucket on the floor. The stand fixes that geometry: a ring on top for the tank, a bay in the middle for the bolted-down filler, and the tank outlet drops onto the mouth of the head.

02 · THE TRAY

The right distance for every jar

Under the spout goes a sliding tray with locking screws: loosen, raise or lower it to the height of the container and tighten. A 250 g jar and a one-kilo jar do not want the same distance to the spout, and the right distance is what avoids splashes and entrained air. No shims.

03 · THE DN40 CONNECTION

Filling the tank without moving it

A full 100 kg tank is not put on the stand; it goes on empty. Removing the filling mouth and fitting a suction hose to the DN40 connection, honey is pumped from the settling tank or the drum into the tank already up there with a honey pump (2949). Filling is done once, and the creamer can also stir up there: in the photo, the creamer’s motor shows above.

04 · WHAT IT GOES WITH

Dana 1000, 100 kg creamer or settling tank

Swienty designed it for its 100 kg double-walled creamer with the Dana api Matic 1000 (925); in the catalogue, the Fritz 100 kg creamer (474) and the 200 kg settling tanks (268, 2747) fit the ring according to the previous sheet, which gives up to about 48 cm in diameter: measure yours. It is not the table stand with jar guide for the Dana with hopper (933): that one raises the machine; this one raises the tank. It weighs 10 kg and is supplied without filler or tank.

05 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The stand is supplied with its adjustable tray; filler, tank, pump and hose come separately.
