Stainless steel DIN DN50 butterfly valve, male-male type, designed for precise and hygienic honey flow control.
When you work with honey professionally, you know that a good valve is more than just a fitting — it’s what prevents losses, leaks, and contamination of your product. This DIN DN50 stainless steel butterfly valve is designed precisely for that: to provide safe, clean, and durable flow control of honey, syrups, or other food-grade liquids.
Made of food-grade stainless steel, it withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 140 °C, making it ideal for both cold filling and cleaning or decrystallization operations. Its quarter-turn lever system allows fast and precise handling, even when wearing gloves, and prevents dripping when closed.
The valve body features a DIN 11851 NV50 sanitary thread (BC-MM type, male-male), commonly used in honey ripeners, pumps, and professional transfer circuits. Please note that this thread type is not compatible with gas or pipe threads.
Besides beekeeping, this valve is widely used in food and wine industries, where absolute hygiene and quick disassembly for cleaning are required. Its compact, sturdy, all-metal construction ensures a long service life, even in demanding environments.
