Details of Nylon Honey Gate 4cm Quarti® original
This Quarti tap allows you to create an outlet on a honey tank or drum without threads using its male fitting. The body is made of food-grade nylon, and the connection is 40/49 x 1 1/2″.
🔧 Threadless wall fitting
The fitting passes through the wall and compresses the silicone gasket. Confirm the drilling diameter, thickness, and flatness according to the manufacturer's instructions before modifying the container.
🍯 Guillotine for controlling the drain
Keep the slide and seat clean so the closure travels its full range of motion. The screws are stainless steel; tighten them in stages and alternately to distribute the pressure.
🧼 Leak test before production
Fill with water above the outlet and check the gasket, screws, and guillotine. If there is a leak, disassemble and correct the seat; do not deform the plastic by applying more force.
