C110 stainless-steel fitting key for screwing or unscrewing the threaded collar of a Quarti R11 plastic honey gate from inside the container.
Its profile engages the geometry inside the collar and provides leverage without gripping the plastic with pliers. This is a model-specific tool: another gate being DN40 or 1½″ does not mean its inner nut has the same shape.
01 · COMPATIBILITY
Check R11, not only the nominal diameter
Quarti's official product information pairs this key with the R11 plastic gate fitted with a threaded collar. Before ordering, identify the gate model or compare the collar's inner profile with the pictured tool. It is not presented as a universal key for DN40 valves, fittings or nuts.
02 · FITTING AND CLEANING
Work from inside the container
Empty the container. Insert the C110 from inside, engage it fully and turn while holding the gate outside. Tighten only until the seal seats; excess force can distort the collar or wall. When removing it, clean thread, collar and seal: crystallised honey can prevent correct seating. Rinse and dry the key.
