The Vibrating pollen cleaner 230V is a professional device designed to effectively remove impurities from dried bee pollen after harvest. Bee pollen, highly valued for its richness in proteins, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, requires careful processing to preserve its nutritional properties and ensure commercial quality.

Once properly dried (to below 8% humidity), pollen must be cleaned to remove wax residues, bee body parts, dust, and plant debris, improving its shelf life and final presentation.

Freshly harvested pollen inevitably contains impurities that can affect its preservation and market value. This device automates the cleaning process by combining vibration and suction, achieving a homogeneous, safe, and market-ready product.

How does the vibrating pollen cleaner work?

The system combines two main actions:

• Controlled vibration: a vibrating motor moves the pollen across a stainless steel mesh (4x4 mm), detaching lightweight impurities.
• Dirt suction: a dust separator collects the fine particles, preventing them from mixing again with the cleaned pollen.

The clean pollen advances over the mesh and falls through a 50 mm outlet channel equipped with an adjustable gate, allowing controlled discharge into a collection pail (not included).

Construction and design

The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and high-strength powder-coated sheet metal, ensuring durability and compliance with food-grade standards. The feeding hopper has a 45-liter capacity, allowing for continuous and efficient processing.

With a performance of up to 80 kg/hour, it is perfectly suited for medium and large-scale apiaries aiming to optimize their post-harvest pollen processing.
