It is built to handle 6 brood frames Dadant, Langstroth or Layens, or 12 shallow frames. Being a reversible tangential extractor, it automates the entire process. No need to flip the frames manually — the baskets switch direction on their own, gently repositioning the combs without damaging the wax caps.

Compared to radial models, tangential extractors offer higher centrifugal force, which is crucial when extracting dense or viscous honeys like heather, bell heather or blackberry. It also excels with partially capped or unevenly filled combs.

The drum is made of acid-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of 0.6 mm, reinforced with a powder-coated steel frame and top rim for enhanced stability and durability. The internal basket is built with Ø2 mm and Ø5 mm stainless rods, and is supported both top and bottom to minimize vibration.

The transparent 4 mm acrylic lid lets you monitor the extraction process safely without opening the extractor. A safety system disables the motor if the lid is opened or the emergency stop is pressed.

The 370 W gear motor is mounted at the bottom, improving balance and reducing noise. It runs on standard single-phase 230 V current — no special electrical setup required.

The HE-02N digital controller offers 10 automatic programs (preconfigured but fully editable) and 2 manual modes. It includes a working hours counter and safety alarm system to ensure worry-free operation.

To further enhance performance, the extractor includes soft PVC anti-vibration pads under the legs, which help stabilize the unit when working with frames of uneven weight — especially common in late-season honeys like strawberry tree or chestnut.
