Mitsubishi Electric inverter — real VFD

The big difference against the HE-01V BASIC: this controller carries a Mitsubishi Electric frequency inverter that drives the three-phase motor with real, smooth ramps. Progressive start-up without jolts, constant-torque control, and electronic motor protection. For dense honeys (heather, chestnut, ripe eucalyptus) it matters: no-inverter jolts break comb; with a VFD the motor accelerates on a programmable curve.

02 · PROGRAMS

2 manual + A1-A10 simple + B1-B10 advanced + 4 dense-honey modes

The fullest programming logic LYSON ships: 2 manual programs for live control, A1-A10 simple automatic (auto-calculated spin time), B1-B10 advanced automatic (step-by-step cycle definition), and 4 special modes for dense honey that apply on top of any automatic programme: extended stabilised time (+), increased speed (%), or both at once (✱), plus the standard one. Model-dedicated programming: LYSON factory-tunes the auto-programs for each extractor model that ships with this controller.

03 · DIAGNOSTICS

Coded error diagnostics + working-hour counter

What makes the Classic stand out after years of use: built-in error diagnostics — if anything fails (motor, inverter, cover sensor), the display shows a code from 0 to 7 that pinpoints the fault — a stuck button, an inverter error or lost communication with it — instead of a generic "error". And an integrated working-hour counter: you know how much the motor has spun, you schedule belt and bearing maintenance on hard data, and you have the figure if you need to claim warranty.

04 · USE

Multi-language menu and large START / STOP buttons

Display menu selectable in several languages — useful when staff rotating through the honey house do not read Polish or manual English. The two large START / STOP buttons and up/down selectors are sized for gloves and propolis-stained hands. "STOP COVER OPEN!" message when the lid opens mid-cycle — instant stop.

05 · ASSEMBLY

Powder-coated steel housing — top-beam mount

Black sheet-metal housing with powder-coated (epoxy) finish — not plastic like the BASIC. Stands up to honey-house conditions, minor knocks and wet cleaning without degrading. Mounts on the top beam of the drum — the LYSON standard position. Red emergency button in plain sight and rear access door for maintenance. 24-month warranty.
