Reversible Honey Extractor 12/24 Frames LYSON CLASSIC

When managing a large number of hives, capacity alone isn’t enough — you also need reliability, smooth operation, and real automation. This Ø1200 mm automatic reversible extractor delivers exactly that. Equipped with 12 universal baskets compatible with Layens, Dadant, or Langstroth deep frames, or up to 24 medium frames, it's designed for professional beekeepers who want consistent performance without damaging combs.

Unlike radial extractors, each frame in this machine is placed in its own individual basket that automatically rotates in both directions. The spring-loaded guide system ensures the baskets return to their original position, eliminating manual repositioning. Internal stainless steel partitions prevent honey from splashing onto adjacent frames, which improves cleanliness and extraction efficiency.

The drum is made of 0.8 mm acid-resistant stainless steel, 780 mm high, and reinforced to prevent deformation under uneven loads. The internal basket structure is made of Ø3 and Ø6 mm stainless steel rods, mounted with top and bottom supports to minimize vibrations. LYSON also includes soft PVC pads that help stabilize the extractor when spinning unevenly filled frames.

Control is handled by the fully automatic HE-02N controller, offering 10 preset programs based on drum size, 2 manual modes (right/left), and the ability to customize your own cycles. It includes a working hours counter and safety features: the motor stops automatically if the lid is opened or the emergency stop is pressed.

The 0.75 kW bottom-mounted gear motor runs on 230 V and provides more than enough power for thicker honeys. The 5 mm acrylic lid allows full visibility of the process while keeping you safe. Two 2-inch stainless steel valves ensure a smooth and clean honey discharge.
