If what you need is capacity, full automation and smooth operation even with long cycles, this Ø1200 mm radial extractor from the CLASSIC line is built to deliver. Designed for high-volume beekeeping operations, it allows you to extract honey from a large number of frames in a single load, provided they are of the same type or height.

Its capacity per cycle is excellent: it holds up to 56 Langstroth frames, 56 medium frames or 42 Dadant deep frames. A professional tool for continuous and efficient extraction in commercial honey houses.

The radial system distributes the frames around the spinning axis, enabling honey extraction from both sides of each frame simultaneously — without flipping — as long as the honey is fluid and the frames are evenly built. This setup speeds up workflow and reduces manual labor in intensive operations.

The drum is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel and reinforced along the rim to ensure rigidity, even under uneven load. The basket is fully welded and made from Ø8 mm stainless rods and 30x5 mm flat bar, mounted on top and bottom bearings to improve stability. Inner clamps prevent frames from moving during the spin cycle.

The HE-02N automatic controller includes 8 programs: 2 manual, 1 factory-set automatic, and 5 fully customizable cycles. Each program allows up to 7 configurable steps with time, speed and spin direction adjustment — ideal for handling thick honey or fragile combs.

The 5 mm acrylic lid lets you monitor the process safely and without interruption. The extractor also comes with PVC anti-vibration pads that absorb imbalances between frames, improving comfort and machine stability.

The bottom-mounted 0.75 kW gear motor runs on 230V and delivers steady power throughout the cycle. Two 2” stainless steel honey gates allow fast and clean draining — even with dense honey.
