If you are looking for fast, safe extraction capable of handling all types of honey, even dense varieties like heather, chestnut, or eucalyptus, this Ø1200 mm automatic reversible extractor with 8 baskets from the CLASSIC line is the ideal solution. Designed for medium to large professional apiaries, it combines power, full automation, and superior frame protection.

Its reversible basket system allows you to extract simultaneously 8 deep frames (Dadant, Layens or Langstroth) or 16 medium frames. Frames rotate automatically in both directions, ensuring full extraction without manual repositioning, with enough centrifugal force to efficiently handle thicker honeys that radial extractors struggle with.

The drum is made of 0.6 mm thick stainless steel, reinforced with a peripheral frame and a flat top bar powder-coated for durability. The internal basket, built from Ø2 mm and Ø5 mm stainless steel rods, is mounted with top and bottom supports to guarantee excellent mechanical stability during operation.

The automatic control system allows full customization of speed, rotation direction, and cycle time. You can select between 2 manual modes (right/left spin) and 10 preset automatic programs, with the ability to create your own settings. It includes a working hours counter and an emergency stop system that halts the motor if the lid is opened or the safety button is pressed.

The 4 mm thick acrylic lid provides clear, safe visibility of the entire extraction process. Additionally, the extractor includes soft PVC anti-vibration pads that reduce stress on the structure and improve operator comfort during spinning.

The bottom-mounted 370 W gear motor ensures constant power even during intensive use, and the two 2” stainless steel honey gates allow for quick and clean draining, even with thicker honey.
