Automatic reversible extractor 8 frames / 16 supers LEGROC

When you arrive at the honey house with freshly uncapped frames and load the extractor, you know this is the moment when the machine makes the difference. The Automatic reversible extractor Ø950 mm for 8 universal frames (Layens, Langstroth or Dadant Blatt) or 16 super frames is designed for beekeepers who seek reliability, robustness, power and quiet operation in every cycle.

Made entirely of stainless steel 304, with reinforced legs and structure, this extractor stands out for the superior thickness of its sheet metal (1 mm at the bottom of the drum). This not only gives it greater stability during operation but also outstanding resistance against knocks or intensive use campaign after campaign. The baskets, manufactured in one piece and without welds, ensure they will never come apart over time.

The 0.37 kW motor with reducer, 220 V, works together with a digital controller offering 4 fully configurable automatic cycles, allowing the beekeeper to adapt the extraction to their needs. For example, when the frames are heavily filled, it is best to start with a gentle first cycle to release part of the honey, and then increase the speed in a second, more powerful cycle. This avoids damaging the comb and ensures maximum yield. The panel, with its large display, makes program selection and monitoring very easy.

The reversible system places the frames tangentially against the drum wall, applying a higher centrifugal force that is especially useful for dense honeys such as eucalyptus or heather, where radial extractors can fall short. All this without damaging the combs, which return to the hive ready to be reused.

It also includes two stainless steel valves (2” and 5/4”), side handles for transport and a transparent methacrylate lid that allows you to follow the process without opening.
