01 · ASSEMBLY

Adjust before supporting the first frame

Check that both ends rest on a firm rim, centre the crossbar and lock its adjustment. Work with the drum stable, at a comfortable height and away from the table edge. The accessory supports the frame; it does not replace an uncapping tray with a filter or draining area.

02 · CLEANING

Clean before the honey dries

Remove wax and honey at the end of the day and dry the adjustment mechanism thoroughly. A clean surface prevents the frame from slipping and allows you to check for deformation or play before the next use.
