Detalles de Uncapping bench 1m

If you have ever uncapped over a bucket, you already know how it ends: cappings dripping everywhere, frames leaning wherever you find space, honey on the floor and you walking back and forth from the table to the extractor. In full season that chaos means fatigue, honey loss and a honey house that is hard to clean.

This SAF uncapping bench is built for the opposite scenario: a tidy workflow that squeezes every last drop of honey out of your cappings. You work comfortably on the frame rest, the frame is held securely, you uncap with knife or scraper and everything falls exactly where it should: onto the stainless steel draining screen.

The honey passes through the perforated plate with 3 mm holes and collects clean in the lower tank, while the cappings stay on top, well drained and ready to go to your cappings spinner, press or wax melter. No more intermediate buckets, strainers that clog or that classic bottleneck when cappings pile up and you have nowhere to put them.

Another real advantage is order in the honey room. The bench itself becomes your frame staging area: you can park several uncapped frames on the rack next to the extractor without leaving them in random places. Fewer trips, fewer knocks to the frames and less risk of contaminating the honey.

The tank is made entirely of stainless steel with a flat bottom so the honey settles properly and cleaning at the end of the day is easy. The removable painted steel legs give stability and let you store the bench without it taking over the whole shed. The stainless steel lid closes everything when you are not working, protecting the honey from dust and insects. Emptying is done through a DN40 nylon gate valve, straight into a settling tank or ripener.

It is a universal bench for Langstroth and Dadant frames, manufactured in Europe (Italian SAF design, production in Poland), aimed at small and medium honey houses that want to improve ergonomics, hygiene and honey recovery without yet investing in a fully automatic line.

Integrated technical data: stainless steel tank approx. 1000 mm long, 440 mm wide and 410 mm high; removable painted steel legs; frame rack included; internal stainless filter with 3 mm perforation; stainless lid; DN40 nylon valve; approximate weight 17.5 kg. Compatible with Langstroth and Dadant frames.
